How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of data processed by SmartChat, send an email to quierocompraron@gmail.com with the subject line: SmartChat Data Deletion Request.

Include This Information

Please include the Facebook Page, Instagram account, Messenger profile, phone number, or order reference related to the request, so we can identify the correct records.

What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize conversation history, customer identifiers, channel references, and related operational records associated with the request, unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business record purposes.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after identity or ownership verification.
